Heather Neill, Scott Terry, Heidi Lang Parrinello, & Don Wilks
July 30, 2017 - August 12, 2017

Please join us for the opening reception -- Sunday, July 30th from 5-7 PM

Heather Neill - Heather is known for paintings rich with context and meticulous imagery. She paints a story, figuratively and literally, with each stunning work.

Scott Terry - From an early age Scott Terry decided to devote his life to painting. During the summer months he works as a commercial fisherman on the Vineyard and paints full time for the remaining months of the year. Scott's time on the water has developed his gift for observation; this is most evident in the way he is able to capture and illustrate the multiple characteristics of light in a scene. He renders natural light in a way that reflects its ephemeral quality, and the comforting glow of manmade light, as represented in the light of a house window or the cabin of a boat, evokes a universally familiar feeling. His use of realism is often compared to Fredrick Church, Edward Hopper, and Maxfield Parrish, but ultimately it all comes back to Scott Terry and his unique way of seeing and interpreting his surroundings.

Heidi Lang Parrinello - Watercolors Heidi Lang Parrinello grew up in New Jersey, went to college in New York City and maintains a summer residence here on the Vineyard. Her connections to each of these places have influenced her work.

Don Wilks- Sculptor Don Wilks will debut his new pieces in limited edition bronze and cast lead crystal.
